Our equipment

High quality garments need efficient organization of production and usage of modern equipment. All technological processes take place in our Co.: from fabric knitting to sewing ready-made garments.

Production starts from fabric knitting. Usage of modern circle knitting machines of leading European producers: “Mayer & Cie”, “Zbrojovka Vsetin”, Marchisio”, “Jumberca”, “Textima” makes it possible to knit different types of fabric: single jersey, interlock, rib, terry, velvet, fancy stitch structures.

Dyeing process is held in our factory in apparatus “Soft-stream”, “Eco-soft”,”Luft-roto-plus” with function of multi color dyeing for making effect “batic”. With the help of this equipment we have possibility to dye different types of fabric: with different weight and of all types of yarn.

Machine RotoSwing for fabric drying of German Co. Fleissner makes drying and relaxation of fabric which helps to get stable fabric. Shrinkage is one of the main quality indexes of fabric. For making shrinkage less fabric goes through calender of Co. “Monti SpA” (Italy),there being ironed, steamed and then being cooled. Quench of damp and heated up fabric causes thermal shock and further stabilization of fabric. This guarantees output of fabric with good consumption characteristics.

For making prints on fabric we use print machines of Co. Buser and Stork (Germany), and also Print machine “Synchroprint S” of Co. MHM.

Electronic embroidery machines ZSK-174 (Germany) and Tajima (Japan) give possibility to make embroideries of 9 colours in one design. It gives possibility to produce fashionable garments with different treatments for children and grow ups.

The high tech spreading-cutting system of German Co. “Kuris Spezialmaschinen GmbH” is used for precise cutting. Daily capacity of cutting section is 50 thousand cut details.

The usage in production of modern sewing machines of Co.-s Yamato, Juki, Rimoldi, Pegasus, Kansai Special helps to make the quality of produced garments better and contributes to constant renewal of assortment of garments.

Success of our Co. is in coordination between marketing, logistic, planning and production departments.

Quality and timing is Svitanak’s priority. Fabric is tested and checked before cutting. Control Is performed on every stage of operation. Our main aim is to manufacture fashionable products of perfect quality and to satisfy the demands of our partners.
